Return Policy

Please note our returns policy below:

All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. In accordance with FDA rules and regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened food items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Perishable products (including, but not limited to, meats, dairy, and canned goods) are non-returnable. Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date for eligible items only.

If a return is initiated, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Prior to returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Product Return Code. This code must be included with the returned item to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center in Hackettstown, NJ.
